What are the reception hours?
Reception is available Monday to Sunday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
What are the cafeteria hours?
• Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. • Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
What are the restaurant hours?
• Monday to Friday (lunch): 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. • Saturday and Sunday (lunch): 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM. • Saturday and Sunday (dinner): 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
What time is check-out?
Room check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Where are the room keys and where should I leave them?
You will find the keys inside your room. On the day of check-out, we ask you to leave them inside the room as well. During your stay, please carry the keys with you and remember to close the door when you leave.
How do I exit the car park?
The car park gate opens automatically when you approach with your car. No further action is required.
Is the car park free?
Yes, the car park is completely free. Please note that it is not supervised.
Can parking spaces be reserved?
We do not reserve parking spaces. As it is free and very spacious, there is sufficient availability for all our guests.
Which door should I use to enter after 6:00 PM?
After 6:00 PM, access is through the glass door located at the back of the convent, by entering the personal code that we will provide once you have fully completed the registration: identification of all guests and confirmed payment.
When is payment for the room made?
Payment is always made in advance. To access the room, both payment and check-in must be completed beforehand. Depending on the chosen rate, payment may be processed on the same day of the reservation (non-refundable) or on the day of arrival (flexible rate).
How is online check-in performed?
On the day of your arrival, we will send a secure check-in link to your phone number via WhatsApp for you to register the details of all guests, in accordance with current regulations.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we allow pets in the rooms. The supplement is €10 (VAT included) per stay.
Are pets allowed in the dining room?
Yes, pets are welcome in one of our dining areas, the cloister. We ask that you inform us in advance so we can reserve the appropriate space for you.
Are there rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Our rooms are not fully adapted for people with reduced mobility. Daytime access through the main entrance is accessible; however, access from 6:00 PM through the back of the building does not have the same accessibility conditions.
Do you have menus for groups?
Yes, we offer menus for groups of 6 or more people, always for the entire table. We recommend booking at least one week in advance and informing us of the number of diners, the time, and any food allergies or intolerances.
Do you have a weekend menu?
We do not usually have a regular weekend menu. With prior reservation, we do offer special or group menus. If there is no reservation, service is à la carte. We recommend booking in advance and indicating allergies, number of people, and time.
What is the price of the daily menu?
The daily menu is priced at €18.50 per person and includes 1 starter, 1 first course, 1 main course, 1 dessert, and 1 drink. It is offered Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Advance booking is recommended.
Do you have a charging point for electric cars?
We currently do not have chargers for electric vehicles, although this is an ongoing project that we will incorporate in the near future.
